Getting Around (maps) | Driving on I-4

Please be careful... from a just issued I-4 News Release.

"Several major events on July 3rd, including the Pepsi 400 Nextel NASCAR race at the Daytona International Speedway and the Red, Hot, and Boom festival at Cranes Roost in Altamonte Springs, will create higher than normal traffic volumes on Interstate 4, particularly in the late hours of July 3rd, and extending past midnight into early July 4th."

"A driver can summon the assistance of a Road Ranger by dialing *FHP (*347) and travelers can call 511 for real-time traffic conditions on I-4 before venturing out. The 511 traffic information line provides voice activated messages that are updated every 20 minutes or immediately after incidents that affect traffic flow 24 hours a day."
